All parents are encouraged to join the P&C and attend our general meetings.
Mission statement
The Middle Ridge State School P&C Association's mission is to work with the school staff and Education Queensland to ensure that all current and future students to the school have the facilities and resources available that will provide the best possible learning environment. We aim to achieve this mission whilst maintaining a warm, friendly and safe community atmosphere at the school.
Objectives of the P&C Association
Understand and respond to the needs of the students.
Maintain a close relationship with Education Queensland, Middle Ridge State School staff, the Parents and Citizens' Associations Queensland (P&Cs Qld), and other interested stakeholders.
Raise sufficient funds to allow implementation of facilities and resources that are otherwise not available from Education Queensland.
Seek suitable paid sponsorship to financially assist the school to develop.
Support Middle Ridge State School staff in the pursuit of increased learning outcomes and student development where possible.
Ensure at all times that the financial affairs are managed in an effective and professionally acceptable manner.
Develop and maintain the Middle Ridge State School P&C Association identity as an independent and professional entity.
