P&C General Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month commencing at 7.00 pm in the new staffroom. Our AGM is held every year in March.
All parents are encouraged to join the P&C and attend our general meetings.

Mission statement
The Middle Ridge State School Parents & Citizens' Association (P&C) is committed to working in partnership with the school, its staff, and Education Queensland to ensure every student has access to high-quality facilities and resources that support a vibrant, inclusive, and future-focused learning environment. We strive to achieve this while fostering a warm, welcoming, and safe school community.
Objectives of the P&C Association
- Support Student Needs: Identify and respond to the educational and wellbeing needs of all students.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Maintain strong relationships with Middle Ridge State School, Education Queensland, P&Cs Qld, and other relevant partners.
- Fundraising & Sponsorship: Raise funds and seek sponsorship opportunities to provide facilities and resources not otherwise available through government funding.
- Enhance Learning Outcomes: Assist school staff in initiatives that aim to improve student learning and personal development.
- Professional Financial Management: Ensure that all financial matters are managed responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with best practice.
- Promote P&C Identity: Build and maintain the reputation of the Middle Ridge State School P&C as a professional, independent, and engaged body within the school community.
